Looking for a custom cake?

Send us an email to our cake designers to hello@pmagalie.com to get your custom cake order started. Please allow 2 weeks notice for custom cake orders.

When should I order my cake?

We ask for 2 business days notice, we are closed Sundays and Mondays.
All of our orders are processed online. We are not taking any phone orders.
Here's a guide on when you should place your order by.

We baked in the morning time so preferable cakes to pick up or deliver after 3pm.

When can I pick up my cake?

On the checkout page, you can choose the date that you would like to pick up your cake.

​

TIME is super important as we are busy specially on Friday & Saturday so the production and decoration goes accordingly to the time. So please stick to your time slot, or let us know that you are changing it, give us a call.

We will be sending you a text message saying that your order is ready.

​

The name of the person who is collecting the order is required to access in.

​

I'm trying to change the pickup or delivery date to a future date?

Send us a text message requesting your changes, or give us a call.

Can I get my cake delivered?

Yes, we offer our own in house delivery service.  

We send you a photo of your order. Then we will send you a text message informing that the order is on its way and please make sure that it is a personal to receive the order. We will  be sending a photo on delivering the order.

Can I request a message to be written on the cake?

Yes, we can write short messages handwritten on the cake board complimentary, or you can purchase a small cake topper with Happy Birthday name or number for extra $5.

We offer a card where you can send your own personal message for $2.

​

Do you make cupcakes?

Yes, we offer cupcakes minimum amount is a dozen single flavor.

For custom cupcakes you can filled a form on our website and we will be contacting you shortly.

​

How do I pay for my cake?

We will be sending a summarize order that we insist that you review carefully the information as this is what we use to make your order.

​

We request a 50% deposit via VENMO, ZELLE or Bank Transfer. Cash and check can be optional.

​

I'm calling the number provided, but no one is answering?

We are operating on a very limited staff at the moment and do not have a dedicated office person. We are not taking any phone orders, please place your order online.
The best way to get a hold of us is through email or text and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we navigate the business through these uncertain times.
